Classic Boat Works provides repair, restoration and maintenance services to wood and
fiberglass boats. Classic Boat Works will maintain the bright work on your boat at
scheduled intervals to minimize the need for extensive and expensive stripping and
refinishing.
Boats need maintenance and repair over their lifetime. With the cost of new boats today,
consider restoring or maintaining your boat through our services. We can provide wood
boat repair, painting, and varnishing. A well maintained wood boat should rarely need a
complete stripping, sanding and refinishing if you keep the finish up. Let us schedule
and perform that maintenance for you.
If you own an older fiberglass boat, we can inspect and determine what repairs may be
needed. Many of these boats used wood reenforcement, and over time, this wood can
become water logged and rot. It doesn't mean your boat is dead, it means that it needs
servicing. Older fiberglass boats have real class and are worth saving. We can repaint,
and clean up these older fiberglass boats so they look nearly new again.
